Habits

We talked last week about workout habits.  Doing everything correctly all the time isn't that hard - most swimmers do these things without even thinking about them.

Flip all your freestyle turns.  Start and finish every backstroke swim on your back.  Touch with two hands on each fly and breast wall.  Never skip a breaststroke pull-out.

Let's do it all right, all the time.

Good habits are as easy to form as bad ones.
